Parameter to load_bank(), used to control bank loading.

Name	Value	Description
FMOD_LOAD_BANK_FLAGS.DECOMPRESS_SAMPLES DECOMPRESS_SAMPLES	2	Force samples to decompress into memory when loaded, instead of staying compressed. Use NORMAL or NONBLOCKING instead.
FMOD_LOAD_BANK_FLAGS.NONBLOCKING NONBLOCKING	1	Loading occurs asychronously rather than immediately. Minimal performace impact. Probably the flag you should use in most cases.
FMOD_LOAD_BANK_FLAGS.NORMAL NORMAL	0	Standard behavior. The function will not return until the bank has finished loading.
FMOD_LOAD_BANK_FLAGS.UNENCRYPTED UNENCRYPTED	4	Ignore the encryption key specified by Studio::System::setAdvancedSettings when loading this bank. Use NORMAL or NONBLOCKING instead.
